Terms and Conditions

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by CloudSlice, your use of this product indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

This site and product are provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties that the information is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose or non-infringing. There are no guarantees either expressed or implied.

CloudSlice is a product that consumes data from and interacts with third-party sites, such as Amazon's Web Services solution. While we attempt to fully test all software components, we cannot assume the risk of using this software and/or any damage it may cause. In all instances, CloudSlice will still attempt to rectify any software faults that may be found.

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, shall CloudSlice be liable to anyone for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.

Privacy Policy (last update: 1 June 2016)

We respect your privacy. Correspondence with us is purely for informational purposes, and will not be stored and used for mass mailing or promotional material.

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address and company, will never be disclosed to third-parties. Upon contacting us, your privacy will remain our highest priority and will be strictly guarded by our staff.

In some cases we may also collect your personal information through the use of cookies. When you access our website, we may send a “cookie” (which is a small summary file containing a unique ID number) to your computer. This enables us to recognise your computer and greet you each time you visit our website, without bothering you with a request to register or log-in. We also use cookies to measure traffic patterns, to determine which areas of our websites have been visited, and to measure transaction patterns in the aggregate.

IP Address

We may also log IP addresses (the electronic addresses of computers connected to the internet) to analyse trends, administer the website, track user movements, and gather broad demographic information. We may also collect anonymous data (which is not personal information) relating to your activity on our websites (including IP addresses) via cookies, or we may collect information from you in response to a survey. We generally use this information to report statistics, analyse trends, administer our services, diagnose problems and target and improve the quality of our products and services.

We will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, password access, secure servers and secure management of payment information (through a 3rd party called FastSpring). If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information, please let us know immediately.
